I know it doesnt matter but does anyone else find this mildly annoying? Having to listen to this every second game.

Riot knows that it's annoying, so it contributes to the IFS eventually punishing them if it's reported.

Until Riot makes it abundantly clear in the client that multiple reports don't change the outcome, this won't stop.

''Please report him/her after the game" I am guilty of this, but that is because I forget to report the player myself sometimes... But I ONLY say this to remind people to report someone IF they left/afked in match..sometimes I have to be reminded to report an afker, so in a sense it is enforcing me to make sure justice gets served.

Because sometimes you just want to leave end lobby and get into another game, so I tend to forget as do others :P.
