Can't enjoy game anymore due to trolls

I almost broke my headphones and broke into tears because of the frustration of dealing with a troll. Had a toxic tf who literally cussed me out early in the game cus i told him to try and farm since he kept dying to the pantheon. he ended up actually playing to win, but our alistar was full on trolling. He saved the enemies 3 times. Would wait for me to get them low and send them off. He had smite, he took blue from and karthus multiple times. Said My bad.

Also, I feel like people are now okay with trolls as long as it's not happening to them. Who in their right mind is okay with others being miserable as long it's not them. This community is actually shit, like really really shit. I don't understand why we haven't fixed this issue. Million dollar company and we can't remove trolls, but we can perma ban flamers who can be muted, and all anyone can say is "mute them and focus on yourself." Like yea, I was doing great, but an ali who shows up top and feeds a fiora you're beating who counters you and continues to sabotage you in many ways continues to ruin it. What do i do. I'm getting depressed over this issue. Have fun? I can't even carry due to this bullshit, how am i going to have fun losing and get shit talked by them enemies who willingly and happily accept the fact you're getting trolled and enjoy every minute of you're misery. It's almost as if they all knew eachother and were planning on fucking my day over.
