My Riot experience since my 2 week ban

So I'm looking for some actual input into my ban appeal, I got banned for 14 days for being toxic. Now while I agree I'm toxic in the chat restrictions leading up to the ban but the ban itself I was trying to appeal. The Rioter Agent 007 claimed that if your toxic then your toxic and will not unban regardless of cause or argument. He essentially shut down everything I had to say with, you were bad you get punished. It was so watered down there was nothing I could say to get him to realize that not every situation is so black and white. I agree I was toxic but I don't believe a 14-Day ban was the solution to the problem. This experience was not welcoming at all, I would love to hear an actual argument as to why I should be banned that's not just, you were banned therefore you got banned. Its a 3 strike system I get that and said I believe it should be a strike and that the next offense should be perma ban but a 14 day suspension for what I did was not just. Basically long story short, Vayne player gets into my game and constantly flames the person I'm duoing with after about 10+ minutes I flame him with %%%%, autistic, and kys. All things that I know cannot be said but what was I supposed to do, he said just mute him but that doesn't stop my friend from getting flamed. That system also promotes very carebear do not care about what people say to you, if they say something bad just mute them, but your in a ranked game and need to listen to your team mates. Normal games having the same repercussions as ranked is a flaw in itself. Normal games have different attitude and promote fun games regardless of win or lose, but ranked every one is trying their hardest to win and should 100 percent value what their team mates have to say. If they muted that Vayne then that Vayne was tracking sums on the enemy bot lane and said lets go in Sona doesn't have flash, Vayne would go in by herself and die throwing the lane for a dumb mistake that no one is really to blame. I believe certain levels of toxicity should be allowed in ranked and more importantly there should be a system to stop toxicity during the game not after. Chances are your not going to play with that player ever again therefore him being banned actually doesn't effect you, only that player hopefully getting banned after the game. I'm basically trying to reach other to a Rioter who can listen and give clear points on whether or not a 14-Day ban is just, and also to improve, what I would call an awful system, in ways that having discussions can solve, such as if your toxic you get banned. I have chat logs for the Rioter, and what I said in game. But not what Vayne said and when I asked he just dodged the question.
