What does this ban actually mean?

What triggered this ban? I'm at a loss...

This is literally all I got. No reform card. When I log in it just says "banned until July 13." There's no chat log or tribunal card or anything.

Have I been falsely banned for boosting or hacking or something like that?

Details:

  1. I did get a 10-game chat restriction for cursing in mid April. I have not cursed or had a ban since then.
  2. I did use Subway cards to spend about $50 over the past month...about 2 weeks before the ban. Credit cards would not work so I switched to prepaid cards.

Any advice would help?

Submit a support ticket to learn more about your punishment. Hard to say what triggered it if they don't have a specific message for it.

Hmm I'm going to go off on a limb and say if you didn't get a chatlog email/in the client and you gotta punishment (seems like a 14 day ban) then the only logical thing I can see about this is that you were punished for trolling/feeding in your games. I can't check you match history right now but usually with band like this it has something to do with trolling or feeding in your games!
