I got permanently banned for toxicity

This is really unfair and I wouldn't have made this thread if I knew that it was my fault. I've been banned 14 days for toxicity 2 weeks ago and I admit my actions as I insulted one of my teammates because I've got tilted ( not even serious insults, i only said "trash" and "garbage", no "kys" or other really bad words). I came back from those 14 days and I swear there were no insults, I tried to help team, I even said please, but I never insulted a single teammate by calling them "retarded" or really bad stuff like "kys". I know some of my friends that are more toxic and I told them to not flame the team and I really did my best now to not be toxic and I was not. There are no insult words and I want to get proof why I've got permanently banned. The only proof I get is one single game where I got 1 report from a nidalee who got reported by the whole team. I only called that her champ is useless late game and he shouldn't have picked her in the first place. I really want to know why this is a PERMANENTLY banned offense and would like to see some exact proof of my insults. I did my best being as sportsmanship as possible and trying to keep it clean and I haven't insulted anyone and haven't said anything that might threaten my team mates irl. I will attach below the photo so you guys can see if this is fair or not. I'm not the guy who makes 100 accounts and flames on them all. I really loved my account and I invested in it a lot of time and money, I really dont want to lose it for saying stuf that wasn't even insulting, this is not fair. What do I do?

I really want to know why this is a PERMANENTLY banned offense

Because you received a recent 14-day ban as your final warning. After that point any continued toxicity is subject to a permanent ban. It's not about the severity of the offense so much as the frequency pushing you up the escalation path.

I haven't insulted anyone and haven't said anything that might threaten my team mates irl.

You spent much of the game belittling your Nidalee player in ways that are entirely unhelpful and unnecessary, which, yes, is problematic behavior. You don't have to directly use insults or threats to exhibit unacceptable behavior.

What do I do?

You can always send in a ticket to Player Support, but I suspect this ban would be upheld.

Shit dude, you said "muted" early in the second picture, yet kept arguing with the guy for 2.5 more screenshots worth of logs. These logs are full of insults, threats of reporting/rallying for reports, whining, etc. That demonstrates a desire to argue and place blame above the desire to simply work as a team and play this game, which would easily earn you a chat restriction. Since your two-week ban was so recent, and was explicitly your final warning, you're now perma'd.

There's no reason to ever insult and berate your teammates like this.

The problem is that even the tiniest thing after a 14 day suspension will quickly get you permanently banned and combing through that chat log I can easily see why you where banned. I'm going to save you some time and frustration, You aren't going to get this account back just start on your new one and mute everyone in game all the time or rip out your enter key.

A lot of bad players dont like being told there bad. I don't mind it personally. If I legit make a mistake and get flamed it never tilts me and I usually agree that I deserve the flame. Most people just int though when you say anything so its best to keep your mouth shut

calling nidalee useless is just as bad as calling her trash. if you came off a 14 day, then yes, a permanent ban is next.

next time just call her a peanut butter sandwich.

What I wonder is how someone who raged at 3/4 of their teammates and requested reports of a player who did poorly while spamming the chat with commands and insults the whole game can actually ask if people think its unjustified. What can you do? Open a ticket but it will most likely be upheld. You could also start a new account, and learn from what happened to this one. In 5 years I have gotten one 14 day chat restriction, and that was enough to look at how I talk in game and change my attitude in game. I bet you aren't a toxic person and If you play on a new account with a new outlook on how you should communicate in game (organizing plays, and giving people props) and mute your team mates that bother you it shouldn't be a problem again. Just looking at your logs, if you had a prior ban its hard to argue that your account shouldn't get banned if you act like that on it.

yeah you're harassing the shit out of someone because you don't like their champion.

Yeah, I literally just got perma banned for the exact same things. I've tried my absolute best to not swear. And I haven't. I've said things a few times like a teammate is "useless" after he was literally inting and running down lane into tower giving free kills. And that game came into my chat logs for ban after 5 minutes that game was finished. FIVE minutes. Shows how much work Riot REALLY puts through there bans. Seems like you just have to get reported enough times. I didn't swear, i said some mean things but you know what? If you don't like that then use a feature Riot put into the game. It's called a mute button......

D3caKill11/9/2018, 1:41:44 PM1 votes

And im still wondering why there is a mute button if some1 cant stand facts or others critiques, banning people for stupid reasons like this will just make it so much worse and very few people quit league after perm ban, either instant or after a small brake they will make a new account and new players will have to play vs smurfs/toxic players, and thats how League got its name as most toxic community coz of this bad punish system and also lacking on Voice chat is a big factor too. Jensen was perm banned and now hes playing on Worlds semis... And yeah people will downvote this kind of threats all the time coz they dont realise how toxic is this punish system, i wish Riot would show a statistic on how toxic league gets day by day and new accounts that have prob worse game experience playing with the monsters this system create. and i know from experience since i create my EUW account, it was worse experience ever + 1 sided games every game, coz of smurfs playing vs new players. But RIOT is aware of this but they also aware that perm ban force people make new account means more money for them, its all business in the end.

LetsBanThis2/8/2019, 5:16:10 PM1 votes

I know one thing got my account suspended I know I am far from perfect but realy some peaople flame mutch more and report me for replayng I realise that shouldnt beok but still riot should more concern why these flames even happening like inting people or troling ones... I'we met a lot of peaople with chat restriction too to some players saying anything is a toxic so mabye riotshould make difernce age groups or something? :D dont know but its getting hard to play when you cant say a single word before some one calls its flame or toxic even when I jsut state a fact like we dont have a chance in let game when we lost early they call me toxic like ...

Team Phoque2/28/2018, 3:07:57 PM1 votes

Good luck getting this reversed, I got perm'd aswell and have wanted to pick this game back up as part of my reforming, I took anger management irl, and they suggested I try to try techniques while playing this game, but they still won't reverse my ban, truly toxic company. best of luck
