Please add the ability to disable chatting in game by way of the client

We already have the ability to disable /all chatting in the client so why not the ability to disable ourselves from chatting in game? I'm pretty toxic in chat sometimes and I ended up getting myself suspended yesterday. In the future I would gladly forfeit my right to chat in game if it meant no longer being toxic in the chat. I shouldn't be toxic in game, but I'm not very good at stopping my toxicity(poor excuse I know). I love this game and don't want to ruin it for myself or others anymore, and the ability to disable chat in client before the game would be wonderful. Sorry if this sounds like whining, also not sure if this is the best place for this post, but I felt it to be the closest fit.
