<removed by moderation> I'm on longer enjoying league sorry, but it just too many troll player like this shold be ban from rank it not fair to the people who is testing their skill... not fun at all you guy need to set an example start baning player like this so they would be less of them........all the money and time I spend on this game just make me feel regret it use to be enjoy now it nothing but regret.........I stop spending money on this game anymore cause I know I'm at that point where I use to play it to help with my stress but one it just make me more stressful...it was fun when it last,,,,,

It's alright to discuss this behavior here, but we don't allow name & shaming players on the Boards so I've edited out the names. If you'd like to show off their match histories you can do that if the player names are censored out, though.

I'm sorry you're having such a frustrating time with the game and other players. It is a very competitive game, and even minor things can make the match unenjoyable, let alone having a player that is intentionally trying to ruin it for others or just doesn't care. You can't always win despite them no matter how hard you try, but you can take breaks and desalt so that you can come back fresh and enjoy the game again. Not kappa, really. "Public figures" like popular streamers make a conscious decision to make themselves and their behavior visible to everyone, so discussing them by name is alright, granted you're not violating other rules in doing so.

You can come to the Moderation Discord or take this to our Discuss the Boards sub-board for further discussion on this matter. I will close this matter in this thread by noting that I personally clarified on this rule here and have not made any contradictory statement;

The Boards are not used to gather reports against players, and shaming people just causes drama at best and abusive witch hunts/harassment at worst.

If the intent is simply to discuss a particular behavior it's okay to post that on the Player Behavior board, but posts naming a player to shame/report them will be removed. Additionally, high profile players that put themselves in the public spotlight (pros/streamers) have chosen to make their behavior well known, so it's okay to discuss their actions as long as the discussion remains constructive.

Seems self explanatory to me.

Streamers will most likely put out themselves that they got banned. OPs on here put out they got banned. Talking about either would be fine because at that point it is basically public knowledge.

If I came on here and decided to talk about "Nick Morrison" that would be wrong because that person has not okayed their stuff being public.

Y'know, I've always wondered how that rule applied to streamers and the like. I've seen some people make posts pointing out activities by some streamer (I think) called Hashinshin, or something like that? And I was torn on whether or not I should've reported them.

While on the surface I do somewhat agree with 30Ninjas (in that it seems a small bit hypocritical for streamers and other public players of that regard fall into an exemption of the rule), it does help me understand things better to have this kind of a lens to look at it from.

While I know that this response was to 30Ninjas and not anyone else in particular, I still have to thank you for this info, it's really good to know it.

So you tell this guy, just to accept that there are trolls/inters unpunished this game, and he should chill after games like this? Strange you guys don't do this with the other kind of toxicity which has waaaaay less gameplay impact...

Funny how Rito doesn't do anything with this kind of behaviour, just tells their players to play another game, bc theirs is shit bc of the trolls. I would really recommend everybody just to stick to his ANOTHER game, and never come back to this one. If all what Rito does is to recommend another game O.o

I even give them the name of the people all they did is just tell you the game is competitive they will be people like them you should look in my history for the last game I play I’m so done with it they think it funny as hell too it not just one game when I look at their record it be 3 season trolling rank still nothing is done y not just ban them if not more players will leave later on.......

There could be a better system if people only reported actually int feeding and trolling. Instead of reporting someone who just had a bad game or played off meta.

If what you say would be true, then we would NOT NEED a system. Since if we report just trolls, instantly punish them. The point of the system would be to validate the reports. You cant say, that if ppl only reported inting cases, then they could make a system, bc then they don't need one.

You'll want to remove the Summoner Names from your post, as the Boards isn't the place to report other players, and doing so goes against the Boards Universal Rules.

Naming and Shaming

Moderators will look for the following:

Personal attacks

Posts that accuse others of causing a negative in-game experience

Posts targeted at witch-hunting / naming and shaming

Posts accusing others of malicious activity

Posts that accuse others of cheating or using illegal services

Posts accusing others of trolling on the Boards

I've italicized the line that is most relevant.

That said, though, I'm sorry to hear that League of Legends has become a negative experience for you. It's unfortunate to hear that you're leaving, but I suppose we can at least take solace in the fact that you're leaving for your own sake, and not out of spite or something worse. I hope you can have fun and find some place where you can relieve stress where League has become less of an option.
