Isn't this chat log quite tame for a permaban?

My account was just released from a 14 day suspension today and in the third match I got a troll Thresh who flamed me throughout the game, and reported me afterwards. A few minutes later, I got a popup saying I was permanently suspended.

I didn't use any curse words or insults and I didn't harass him. Do they really hand out immediate permanent bans for one chat log, reported by one toxic player, when it doesn't even contain any curses or insults?

Yes. Not by itself by any means, but within 3 matches of coming off the next-to-final ban? Sure. You haven't learned from your mistakes and show no intention to do so, and then harassed a guy. It doesn't matter if he is toxic or not (you can't tell from that log)....YOU were harassing. If this was after like 25+ matches of your last ban, then maybe I'd feel a bit more lenient. But within 3 matches means you're going to keep doing it and you're not wanted here. Sorry. This isn't the game for you.

Continued whining about summ spell choice, continued whining about skill shots missed, continued whining about # deaths (which probably are increased saving your ass), then telling him to 1v2 lane is about as toxic as it gets.

Ban deserved.

Well

First of all, i don't agree with the system.but dude,i work around it.You shouldn't talk at all in your games if you had 14 days ban

Secondly

Support with ignite.It's actually really good,unless the enemy team has an assasin(zed,rengar) and nobody else on your team has exhaust for them.I wouldn;t recomend ignite in this case And do you know what ignite does?Cancels heal.Basicly,you should win the 2 vs 2 bcs of the ignite;)

You don't get perma-banned for a single match. You only get it for continued toxic behaviour after previous punishments.

It doesn't really matter how 'tame' you are so long as you continue to display toxic behaviour.

Not only did you harass him the entire game, but you wouldn't shut up. You would think that toxic players would learn after they get a two week ban to stop typing.
