Report System

Riot needs to rework this report system, i just had a game where i split pushed and got 9x reported because i was "trolling" while everyone sided with the guy telling me to kill myself and my one report on him did nothing. He gets through and gets to tell more people they're "****ing retarded" and should kill themselves while i get more reports on my record for doing a viable strategy. and before you accuse me of "feeding and ruining the game by not helping the team" i had taken multiple towers and had equal to least deaths on the team. This report system is breeding exactly what it's supposed to prevent because now the abusers are just using it to abuse people too.
