I've noticed something.

So, I've been playing a lot of Co-op vs AI recently so that is can help my friend out.

ITS RELAXING OK!

And I have noticed A LOT of feed bots in these games. Is there a new program or something on the rise. They do the same thing every time so I'm going to tell you how to spot them.

ALL THEY BUY IS BOOTS. They go to mid lane at the beginning of the game and stand right behind the tower. Then you'll know why they are feeding.

Now, i hope this isn't wrong to do but it must be done. This is the match history of a bot I played with a couple of days ago.

WHY IS THIS ALLOWED TO EXIST. I'm not sure how it works but can't RIOT do something about this? Like a legal action?

RIOT needs to take a stand against this stuff, or we're gonna see much, much more of this.

I don't know if this was a rant, a complaint, or something that should have gone in "Player Behavior and Moderation", but in the end, Cheating is Cheating, and its sad.

Edit: This is Bullshit! I just played a game with 3 other bots. My friend and I gave up on the game because it was a lost cause. I will post the match history and maybe a replay of the game when it is over.

If you wanna play a bot game without bots, you can go to custom games and set up your own bot game. You wont gain much xp from this but you can. You should be able to carry an intro bot game no matter what.

riot cant do any LEGAL action against "cheating" in a game because anyone can run any program on THEIR own computer they want. The two of you can always go to intro bots and carry those games too.

That's not the point I'm trying to make.

What I'm saying is that there are too many of these things bogging down my games.

It is annoying and it is making me and my friend lose games.

I'm not trying to put an end to this with one measly board post.

On the contrary bots are enjoyable for anyone who can handle them because otherwise intro bots becomes too easy and the other person in your lane just takes all your cs and kills. Having a useless team mate makes it a little more fun since youre gaining XP and you get to play the game on your own.

Yes there are lots of bots, but if you guys are losing intro bot games, keep working on your skills. You need to be able to tackle 2-3 intro bots on your own to be able to climb the ladder and actually make the difference in PVP games.

he is taking about Bots on his own team not that he's against. he means bots on his team are feeding. and even an intro bot who has a massive stat advantage can poop on an average player. and annie bot with 5 kills and a Roa or rabs or whatever annie bots build first being built by 5 minuets before you even have half an item can beat you baring you being gold+. Annie bot doesnt exist in intro bots, its only Ryze Nasus Galio Nasus Ezreal Alistar

In intro bots you get a 3 level advantage on them, you should not be losing in intro bots if youre average. And like I said, if he has alot of trouble getting to being an average player, make custom bot games and play that way.

ok i havent played intro bots for atleast two years now so i forgot XD

but even then regardless of his skill level or wining or loseing the thread was about friendly bots doing nothing but feeding. these are summoner accounts being used by bots and put into these games. which does nothing to improve this games reputation or fun factor. and can turn off new players.

that was the point of the post. having a fed enemy for a new player is no fun, especially when its a player account being run by a program to do nothing but feed.

I agree bots are annoying, I am just trying to suggest how to work around this.

I don't know why you assumed it was intro level bots. I said I was playing bots to help my friend. They are intermediate bots who ALL get fed due to the AI. All of the feed bots go mid, therefore two other bots come to mid. They all get fed.

I'm sure pro players could beat and entire team of fed bots, but my friend and I can't.

So before you criticize my skill at playing this game, you better make sure you have your facts checked.

What Im trying to say is, you can play intro bots, if you arent able to handle intermedite bots. It doesnt take a pro player to carry intermediate bots either tbh.

and this brings up my point of an average player will have a tough time against three fed champions regardless of their bot level..... by the way dude... you're level 10..... how much experience do you even have? [slayer-jinx-unamused]

And like I said earlier he should play intro bots and learn to carry all of those games, then beginner bots, and finally intermediate bots

If you can read, you would understand what I am trying to tell you. But as of now, i give up. You don"t seem to get the point of what I am trying to tell you, so I won't waste my breath.

But I will make it explicitly clear. I did not make this thread so you can tell me that I am bad. I made this thread to highlight the problem with people using third party programs and the fact that I had noticed that It seemed that there were more recently.

So please, get off my case.

Yeah and if its a problem and league doesnt do anything about it, then you can play intro bots and learn to carry yourself.

Can't find the post quickly cause it was a few weeks back, but they're close to launching a system that'll catch these botted accounts within a few games and ban them. They said they were doing some fine tuning but looking to release it soon. Supposedly we should get an announcement when it goes live.
