Low Priorety Quene

I feel like Low Priority Quene is so bad like your waiting for up wo 20 minutess to get in quene then at high elo you have to wait another 10 minutes? And i dont afk because i rage or tilt or anything. i have a shit computer so it freezes and i have to force shut it down so i can reopen league. and every time i get a leaver buster. theres no way to prevent it from my end. yet riot can disable it or make it less harsh. make the afk think change so if you join back you dont get it unless people report you for it. or change the time so instead of 5 minutes its 15
