Has anyone here got banned for sharing a same credit card on two different accounts ? me and my husband use the same credit card to buy riot points ect on two different accounts and few hours later he logs on and "Permanently suspended". This is retarded and not fair, makes 0 sense why would they do that. What do you do in this sense ?
Chermorg3 votesConsidering you likely play on the same network, and probably at least a few times on the same computers, it may have been a protective hold until they can verify that your account(s) are not compromised.
I'd recommend filing a support ticket and they'll be able to let you know for sure.

I thought that the standard policy was to issue an automatic and random name change.
Either way, if the same credit card is used on separate accounts it may be related to that.

Not positive, before my break in the game the name change thing was handled by ban then you contacted them and it was some process. It's been awhile so it is quite possible that has changed.
