I have been banned for no reason today while I tried to login and I haven't received an email containing any reason to ban my account and also I didn't use any program and I was following the guidelines of the game and I haven't provoked or insulted anyone but, still I am unfairly banned for no reason. I'd like my account back because this is my only account and I haven't done anything wrong, I just got to silver league.
Sometimes you wont get an email, nor will you have chat logs.
If you don't have any chat logs when you log into the client, you'll have to contact support as that means it was a manual review and you were banned by a Rioter rather then the automated system. Only the automated system will give chat logs if it bans you.
there never send emails. you have to make a support ticket.
Log into your account & copy-paste the chat logs from there.
what does it say when you try to log in?
is there a year you are banned till?
