Ban from teammates of prepicked champs

Who dosent know them yet ? The toxic players bannig the champ you prepicked and verbally abusing you after you complained... what to do in such a situation ? leaving the game means punishment for you, discussing all the time makes the game annoying for the whole team and mostly results in a lose annyways and takeing revenge when you can pick before them and just pick there prepicked champ is also just a medium option for a fun game. In last years riot did a lot to make the community better by improving the pick system ( for the ones who remember the ''ME MID OR FEED ''-Players before draft pick existed) but now this is a problem that also has to be solved for the ones just to have fun playing and not the ones just want to have fun by getting on otherpeoples nerves as much as possible because it's the only joy in there lifes. Maybe there shouldn't be the option to ban prepicked champs from your team annymore. Or there has to be the option to either leave the champselect when your prepicked champ was banned by a teammate without punishment or on cost of the one who banned your champ. What do you think ?
