Are these foul beats allowed to roam the ever growing, slightly less toxic LoL community?
Jesus. It was like 3 of them. I was toxic too, but under the constant spam of literally that ^, it's safe to say anyone would become slightly toxic (not even gonna lie, I was toxic before that. The frustrated, reluctant type of toxic) . Sure the mute buttons there but I was more amazed rather then annoyed at how far they went. Does Tribunal even work if I see these kind of creatures in a random game?

Just a mildly toxic individual who can be nice and also mean trying to figure out why these guys haven't received the infamous chat restrictions or a suspension in general when I get one by "critizing" someone's AP Jarvan build during ranked :/
