Suspension for no reason

Hello, Im very confuzzled that i was suspended and this is my favorite game, since the last few games i had everyone on mute and they said to check the email that is associated with this account. I checked the account and i have seen there was no email and im very disappointed in being suspended, to my conscious, for no apparent reason. I just want to play the game with my friends and have fun .If i did get banned,i would like to see the reasoning behind it, because i dont see any. This is the summer i would like to enjoy and im banned for almost the whole summer sadly. I would greatly appreicate it if somone could contact me and give me some information on what i could do or even revoke this ban. -Thank you -Sincerely, Grav3s only

Make sure the correct email is verified with your account (click your profile on the top right of this page and go to Settings), and that the email isn't in your spam folder. If it wasn't those, submit a Support Ticket.

You can try and contact staff, 99% of the time they'll just copy paste you pre-written text but perhaps they'll actually look in your case. I wouldn't hold my breathe though, this game of all games i've ever played treats its players the worst, and as long as they continue to print money I suspect they won't change.

Ouch.. when u say this is summer I assume you're on break from school? I hope you get it figured out. That would suck... all that free time to play and you get a suspension. Ouch. Good luck!
