Classic Bronze teamup

Ehm, so I had a game just now with an autofilled support that decided he/she had the right to just take the toplane. Then banned the toplaners champ The toplaner of course then decided to go troll and go adc in the midlane and feed (my lane) instead of playing the game as an adc in the botlane.

I was just wondering is that just me or are there others out there who know of anyone that have experienced this or experienced it themselves?

if thats the case I would like to ask riot to plz set up a system where players like that come in games against each other, instead of putting them in my promos. (when these player have been reported for doing so)
