give this a full read and be brutally honest. I respect everyone's opinion The riot support team doesn't do a good job. My account was permanently banned for telling people who are in fact intent feeding or AFK that they are being bronze. The second reason my account has been banned is because my chat logs are too much. They said I was spamming. Now I always thought spamming meant to say the same thing over and over again. Which I have never done in a game of league. I type a sentence and then send it and after that I usually add on more because I have ADHD and that is how I talk. Telling me that is flaming is just wrong when 100% of my games have been like this. Also, when did arguing become negative? It is possible to argue without being toxic. An argument is just an attempt to persuade someone to see things your way. I have never been warned for typing too much on my account and they told me it was an offense because it takes away from the time of the game being played. Game 1: My account got banned because I asked the other team to "please report the piece of crap AFK". I had a Shen who intent AFK. And a Lux who gave up shortly after the Shen. By calling the troll a piece of crap and putting the please report him in all chat that "warranted" a permanent ban. Now I also said I was just going to AFK farm my jg, but at that point I had a lvl 9 when who was telling me I was a "retard yi player" and a mid laner who refused to try because of the Shen giving up. I understand 2 wrongs do not make a right because I said "could've won if Shen wasn't born". But come on, he started the AFK before I typed that. He did not AFK because of me. Game 2: Had a cho gath messing up. I told him to stop going in when he misses skill shots. Cuz he insulted me for not going in when he attempted to gank. I'll admit I did say "bronze life" talking about his "I'm going to blame everyone mentality." But I actually did start to compliment the cho because he took my advice and didn't chase them after missing his skill shots. But the Zed on my team started to intent feed because the "game was over anyways" from when cho and myself died to swain. I got called a feeder and I said "LMFAO I played bad but there were def 2 top all game too." I was agreeing with them but I also explained how it's hard for a nasus to survive against a Swain and a jg gank. I admit I was wrong for saying Cho and Zed were feeding too as that is just a negative statement but that was at the end of the game right when the enemy team won. So how does that affect the gameplay? Game 3: I'm giving advice. Team is winning. Ahri blames me for something so I reply with "I'm reporting your bronze ass". Yes this one I am wrong from the start because I told him I was going to report him which most likely upset him and made him rage more. I'll take responsibility for this game. I'm Aurelise and I'm part of the Riot Support team.

Chat is meant to be used in a civil and constructive manner and it's clear that you didn't do so. When you flood or argue in chat like this, it forces teammates (as well as yourself) to focus on the chat instead of on the game. Also, it makes it difficult for the team as a whole to communicate effectively. You've been reported a staggering amount of times over the course of your games in the past month. People on your team said you flamed all game and focused more on chatting than actually playing.

Looking at your chat logs, I find the reports and ban fully warranted. You've many received warnings in the past through your chat restrictions and 2 week ban warning you that your behavior was out of line and would face harsher punishment if it did not improve. It's clear you neglected these warnings and the opportunity for reform, which resulted in your permaban. The ban will not be lifted under any circumstances.

I have NEVER received a warning for typing too much. And for the arguing part of course I'm going to try and persuade my team. As for being toxic. You can barely consider the intent I had as being toxic towards my team. I just responded to people flaming me telling them they are being bronze and that I'm going to report them. Is that really worth a ban!? I have been honored so much this past month for being helpful and friendly. I was gold 5 a month ago and now I am gold 3. I've obviously been doing something right in all of my games. Aurelise has taken a majority of what I said out of context and it is not fair.

If I knew that typing as much as I do was considered flaming whether it be advice or reasoning then I would have never typed that much to begin with. In the previous ban I had on this account I got into a heated argument and I got into a 30 minutes name calling session with someone. When I got banned and reviews the chat logs I understood I was wrong. But I do not believe that these logs warrant the permanent ban of my account. Especially when I was not given ANY prior warning to the way I always type in game.

Its pretty hard to decide individually, they probably have a good handful of people that make the decision for each ban

That may be enough of a reason. Especially if every game is like this.

I have the feeling you're not telling the whole truth. And that you're lying about having ADHD. I have ADHD, that just makes it harder to focus on the game when I'm off my meds (ironically, that also makes me a better player, as I tunnel less and have more map awareness…)

To give a straight answer, it was kind of in the grey zone. Your actions were punish worthy, but arguably not perma ban worthy and that is up to personal judgment.

It seems you are not aware that mentioning an act of reporting anyone, no matter the circumstance, is a reportable offense and plenty, plenty of players have already been punished for it.

Your arguments and some remarks toward your teammates, while not the friendliest speech I've seen, aren't necessarily considered crossing the line. However, you need to understand that trying to justify your choice of words is basically the same as " there's nothing wrong with calling a trash a trash", neither of which is incorrect but not the right course of action.

Those chat alone most likely weren't enough to issue a ban, but adding report threat on top of that could've been the trigger. Keep in mind, it does not matter what others did, or what your reasons are: the only thing that matters is what you've done on your end.

You can have an disagreement and discuss with you team how you should go about it, that's totally within the rules. However you seem to just to disagree and then insult other players. I get that they could have been ruining your game, but that doesn't give you a right to also break the rules. Its much easier to get banned for chat because its an automated system, getting banned for feeding takes a manual review.

These are the stand-out bits for me, and definitely punishable if this is a common snapshot of your chat logs.

This is directly insulting and belittling teammates, which is definitely unacceptable no matter the circumstances: doesn't matter if you think they're bad, if they're AFK, if they're having a bad day, or if they're flaming you first. The appropriate response is to remain the civil and compassionate one even in the face of adversity, or, barring that, to simply not engage. One report is as meaningful in a game as nine, so you can remain silent and report their behavior if you think it warrants it. You're also casually tossing around the term "rape", requesting reports, threatening to just AFK farm, and a few other things that are borderline unacceptable to unacceptable.

Further, your remaining chat, while not necessarily report-worthy, seems to indicate that you're taking control of games and complaining when allies don't follow your vision of what they should be doing. It's not particularly civil or particularly constructive, and so it doesn't even help to mitigate the worst offenses mentioned above. There's very little acknowledgement that you might have been wrong about something, and a LOT of "you [the teammate] messed up".

It's not the constant chat that's the problem here: I talk a lot in games myself, and it has never been an issue. It's the constant chat that isn't civil or constructive, combined with insults and offensive commends and threats of reporting, that make the whole into a very negative experience for other players in the game with you.

All I can say is thank goodness. Man you are so very super annoying. There is no reason for that much chatter. You single handily ruin games doing that.
