Hey decker2l,
Any negativity will add up to the next punishment if you do it often enough and are consistently reported. It's usually less about how severe the infractions are, and more about if you're doing it in most of your games. Punishment is typically dealt in order in 4 steps;
- 10 game chat restriction
- 25 game chat restriction
- 14 day account ban
- Permanent account ban
In extreme cases such as hate speech and death threats Riot may manually escalate your punishment multiple steps, but usually it just goes in order. It take 3 months for your next punishment tier to drop down 1 step.
Let's go over the chat logs now for inappropriate behavior;

While it's not extreme behavior, it isn't acceptable and definitely fits the bill for negative behavior and verbal abuse. Do not ask people to mass report a player; it's nothing more than harassment. Punishment is calculated per match, not per report, so mass reporting has no effect on whether someone will be punished (1 report is as good as 9). Telling someone they will be reported more often just makes them angry at you and play worse, whether intentionally or not.
The entire chat log is pretty negative. If someone is bugging you the best course of action is to mute, report, and move on with your life. Don't let it get to you, and don't become a problem by joining in.
Unfortunately it's too late for you to get any other punishment. Riot will not change it unless it was done in error (it was not). If you still want to try and contest it you can submit a Support Ticket. You can always create a new account and learn from this experience to become a more positive player.
