My account was wrongly suspended because of the claim to be "detection of third party program"

It says there my account has been banned for the use of scripts, hacks, exploits or unauthorized third party programs to gain an unfair competitive advantage. However I have never used any means to do such things for the past 7 years during my time in League of Legends. It is simply unacceptable as I have been a loyal and fair player. I will not rest until justice has been served. It says there they have a program to detect these third party programs. However, if I was detected wrongly, I am sure the rationale of its detections have faults and miscalculations and it also has the same effect on other players who played fair and square. I will escalate this properly if response has not been made. I hope there is at least some responsible replies instead of just bureaucratic judgement over my statements.

I highly doubt they have checked any of my gameplay for suspicious program as I assure if I had used any of those programs I would not still stuck in Gold or Plat for the past 7 years. All I have done is to use my company computer to play League without any advantage of playing this game. It is simply frustrating as it is the only game I play for the past 7 years and PLEASE, it is really a mistake and I am sure the detection program have detected wrong, and I believe I am not the first or only one who is dealing with this situation. I am not only voicing out my opinion because of myself, but also to the sake of other innocence. Telling me the rationale of how you detect those "non-existed" programs are useless to me as I have used none to play a game that I truly love and I hate cheaters and maphackers as I am working in IT and compliance field. I would really love a good feedback instead.
