My account was wrongly suspended because of the claim to be "detection of third party program"

It says there my account has been banned for the use of scripts, hacks, exploits or unauthorized third party programs to gain an unfair competitive advantage. However I have never used any means to do such things for the past 7 years during my time in League of Legends. It is simply unacceptable as I have been a loyal and fair player. I will not rest until justice has been served. It says there they have a program to detect these third party programs. However, if I was detected wrongly, I am sure the rationale of its detections have faults and miscalculations and it also has the same effect on other players who played fair and square. I will escalate this properly if response has not been made. I hope there is at least some responsible replies instead of just bureaucratic judgement over my statements.

I highly doubt they have checked any of my gameplay for suspicious program as I assure if I had used any of those programs I would not still stuck in Gold or Plat for the past 7 years. All I have done is to use my company computer to play League without any advantage of playing this game. It is simply frustrating as it is the only game I play for the past 7 years and PLEASE, it is really a mistake and I am sure the detection program have detected wrong, and I believe I am not the first or only one who is dealing with this situation. I am not only voicing out my opinion because of myself, but also to the sake of other innocence. Telling me the rationale of how you detect those "non-existed" programs are useless to me as I have used none to play a game that I truly love and I hate cheaters and maphackers as I am working in IT and compliance field. I would really love a good feedback instead.

Anyone can help or advice what I should do?

You need to submit a ticket to Riot support here.

You are not the first person to have something like this happen to you, but I have heard people claim that Riot has helped them un-ban when there's been a misunderstanding. Be aware that they aren't just going to un-ban because you ask; I don't know what the process is, but I'm pretty sure you'll have to work with them to figure out what triggered the detection so they can verify that it isn't a scripting program or what-have-you.

the process to my estimation because of me having an issue in the past as well goes like this:

They tell you to download the LoL log checker (hextech repair tool) and have you condense down a lot of information regarding the game! if you use a third party program to record, it flags it but they will be notified of it being "X" program (i.e. hypercam 3 would show hypercam 3). If it is something that is really an issue when it comes to legitimacy this is where you will find the issue! Using third party programs through overwolf such as League guides or the in game match maker (similar to op.gg but inside of the game) could be flagged as a third party program. This is what caused me because IWillDominate used that back about a year ago and i downloaded it, i had to uninstall it because of a security issue with league running. Hope this helps a bit!!

I submitted another ticket regarding what you said but they just deleted my requests without even replying me..... I found it very frustrating for even want to solve a problem that RIOT has....
