10-game chat restriction over simply speaking mind

So I get put with this toxic twitch who flames me all game, He ended up being 1/9/2. He is lvl 3 with extremely low hp and comes mid and simply dies with 2 hits from enemy twisted fate who's level 5, even after I pinged for him to stay back. He kept coming mid to take my farm and I had with with him and told him to simply gtfo, and stay away from mid and let me play my lane. Twitch continues to spam in all chat many toxic and negative things, so I tell all chat to just report him.

Ive never played a game in my 26 years of existence where you can get banned for simply speaking your mind and not swearing. I hope this game dies and Riot goes bankrupt. I am quitting and moving on to overwatch and Fortnite, I hope there are similar people who do the same. Its crazy you get banned/chat restricted for speaking your mind, but the people who feed and go 1/9/2 which is the real toxicity in this game get a pat on the back and not get banned. Its almost hilarious, RIP league of legends.
