Stop trying to control your teammates.

Try to understand your anger doesn't do anything but my the situation worse.

Concentrate on what you can do, not what others can do.

Basically you have to rid the idea that you play good or "fine" from your mind. You play like a trash bag. Once you accept you suck as much as your teammates, you'll look for ways to learn to be better.

Mute everyone, and don't ever think about unmuting them. About it.

Pretend your teacher/boss/SO is in the game with you.

Take a break. You really need to cool your head off now, and especially in between games if you're on a losing streak.

Find a way to minimize your chat so you aren't tilted by other players talking. Or just unbind your enter key so you can't talk.

But most importantly, take a deep breath and just relax. Continuing to lose accounts is not worth bringing others down. You've ruined the game for the people you've been toxic towards, so it's time to just take a break, relax, and focus on controlling your anger through better outlets.

Yelling is a good stress reliever; just be sure to not disturbs any inhabitants around you. Taking a walk, taking a nap, playing a single player game, or even exercising are good ways to relieve stress and anger. You could even take kick boxing classes and really "punch" away your toxicity :D

But those are just a few ways to calm yourself down and improve.

Just always remember: it's not worth hitting enter and losing your account.

Think about it from a practical standpoint. When someone tells you you're bad, does it make you play better? Or do you start typing a lot and play worse?

Insulting your teammates does not make them play better. I promise that if you are nice to your team, you will win more and move up.
