i dont think i should have been banned, i have only ever been toxic to players that were toxic to me first, and then later, i'm the one that ends up getting banned in the end, and the other guy ends up walking away with no penalties at all, i am the player in most matches that encourages people to play nice, and if u dont believe me, look at my chat history, u seem to send it to me a lot, either way, i want u to look at this and actually do something about it.
Other people's behavior does not excuse your own. It doesn't matter that someone else started it or was worse, only your part in the situations.
You aren't going to know about the punishment of others the overwhelming majority of the time but if you find yourself running into toxic people that aren't getting banned its because they are not normally like that and an occasional toxic game doesn't get you banned unless you are way over the line.
If you want people to be able to answer your poll then you really need to post your chat logs.
