Create a punishment system for people who falsely report people. Too many times do I see people report for no reason. And limit the amount of reports a person can have daily so they can actually start thinking before spamming "report rthrt" every second
Not being punished doesn't mean the report they made was false, it only means the system didn't find anything.
Also, if you start punishing people for reporting they will be afraid to report even legitimate toxicity; this system would actually benefit toxic players only.
As it stands, being falsely reported doesn't hurt you anyway, so there is no reason for this.

The entire report system is junk. We have the power to walk away from things that offend us. We choose to prolong suffering in the name of justice.
