Permanently Banned

On July 20th I got permanently banned for toxicity. I admit, I was quite the rude, toxic, and cancerous player that everyone talks about, and it wasn't until I got permanently banned that I was able to see what I did wrong. I opened a ticket 2 days after asking if I can be unbanned, and that I will reform for the better. To my surprise, my appeal required a moment of reflection in order to get a reduced ban period. My responses touched the hearts of a riot player support and so my ban has been reduced to two weeks. I promise that I will not retaliate, or cause a toxic environment for fellow league players but rather instill positivity.

Keep in mind the 14 day ban is a last chance.

If you don't reform, they will perma ban it again, and they won't reduce it. All it takes is one report.

/fullmute all is your friend.

I feel like when touching is touchy. Those who have emotional appeal gain too much over those who have lost emotion. The rare part of this post is that he “touched” the heart of a rioter. Though they are people I’m suprised emotion still runs in this desolate place.

I've got permanently banned before 1 year for bad behavior too. But, I created a new account and got "reformed". I played this account for 6 years and its very close to my heart. I've got 2 questions for you:

Is this your first ban?
Can you please post the chat logs?

It can really help me to reduce the ban on this account too. Please answer me.
