How to report hard evidence of inting/afk/flaming?
I just had a Skarner on my team give up while we were still ahead, int 2 kills, proceed to afk, and rage in all chat. Where can I submit the video evidence of this? He cost me a provisional game.

You have to make a login as it doesnt use your account login info. Reporting in game should always happen. If you feel you want them to have more, you can sign up there and open a support ticket. I believe it allows attachments. Otherwise you could upload it somewhere and link it.
he prolly didnt cost you anything. my guess is you need a outlet you blame someone for your faults
