Your name has some problematic connotations...anyways people do get in trouble for inappropriate club names when they get reported in a match and someone mentions it in the comments section, so it isn't allowed.

People just do it and then come here to cry when they get punished for it.

By the freedom of speech everybody can call himself whatever names and it won't be considered illegal. I could make a nazi parade and as far as I don't provoke or force my beliefs on anybody (and don't threaten and attack ofc) it will be considered legal. Yes I will get a lot of hate but I am in the right of doing it (the local government must first allow me to make a parade of whatever kind ofc). For example if the name of the club of the person was "every jew should die" now that would be considered an offence bcs you are clearly stating that you wish death to a specific group of people. I want to note that saying that the jews (or any social group for that matter) should die is in your right by the freedom of speech as far as you don't actually kill or don't support such an organisation.

If you think it serious enough (and imho it is) you can put in a ticket manually, and report this person directly.

I did that one time for someone who had an anti-semitic name and tried to hide it by putting it in a foreign language. I'm sure it was entirely coincidental that the account went poof shortly after.
