I don't get it. You called them newbs? And they thought you called them gay? Where does the racism come in? They told you to speak English or something? How is that race related again?
If you didn't report them at the end game screen, you can use a Support Ticket. (That's the en-us support site, I don't know how to reach the EUW support site)
If you did report them, that's all you have to do.
And for the screenshot, there is a forum rule against Naming & Shaming, so it wouldn't be a good idea to post that.
