Perma Ban and 14 day Ban

I came back today from basic training and advance infantry training in the US Army to find that my favorite game is unplayable for me. I spent my money on the game which I worked for however I am not mad about the money I am annoyed by the time I put in the game. I come back after not being able to play this game for six months straight because of my preparing for the Army to find one of my accounts have been permanently banned and the other has a 14 day suspension. If there is a way to help me with my accounts I would be very appreciative. I am serving our country and I am not even allowed to have a little fun because of someone hacking my accounts? That doesn't seem fair to me. Help would be very appreciated.

Since I have no idea how or if you got hacked, all I can say is refer to that article and/or submit a Support Ticket.

You got an email saying illegal actions were performed on your account, not just that you're banned right?

Do you have any evidence that you weren't playing at the time? Do you have any evidence that it was a hack? Have you tried submitting a Support ticket with any of that evidence? Did you give your account information to anyone? Have you checked your associated email (including junk/spam folder) for further information regarding the bans?

I hope this gets sorted out for you as one recruit to another I say good luck in wherever you're stationed and hope you have a good holiday with the family. If your account were truly compromised you may wanna send a support ticket to riot it's your best bet. Stay strong brother

You can prove you couldnt play by showing your orders. You can get them on www.hrc.army.mil - I was navy, ours is called BUPERS, but I think that link is the equivalent somewhere on that site I think. But I would ask your Super for help.

I don't know how serving your country has anything to do with getting your accounts back, but posting on the forms is unlikely to be of much help to you.

If you submit a support ticket and your bans were really due to your accounts being hacked I'm sure they can help resolve your issues and get you back to playing league.

I did not receive an email because I have been unable to use my phone or laptop while I was at basic training and advanced infantry training I just now got back and found out that my accounts had been compromised so I recovered my accounts and then I found out that my main account was permanently banned and my other account had been given a 14 day suspension.
