Perma Ban and 14 day Ban

I came back today from basic training and advance infantry training in the US Army to find that my favorite game is unplayable for me. I spent my money on the game which I worked for however I am not mad about the money I am annoyed by the time I put in the game. I come back after not being able to play this game for six months straight because of my preparing for the Army to find one of my accounts have been permanently banned and the other has a 14 day suspension. If there is a way to help me with my accounts I would be very appreciative. I am serving our country and I am not even allowed to have a little fun because of someone hacking my accounts? That doesn't seem fair to me. Help would be very appreciated.

Since I have no idea how or if you got hacked, all I can say is refer to that article and/or submit a Support Ticket.

You got an email saying illegal actions were performed on your account, not just that you're banned right?

I rather see LoL company losing half of its consumers, than a company filled with a negative environment from toxic players/hackers etc.

I did not receive an email because I have been unable to use my phone or laptop while I was at basic training and advanced infantry training I just now got back and found out that my accounts had been compromised so I recovered my accounts and then I found out that my main account was permanently banned and my other account had been given a 14 day suspension.

submit a support ticket, if you can give proof that you were unable to play during this time then they will most likely un-ban you

If that is the case, I would take your computer in and get it checked. If you did get your computer hacked, you don't want anyone to have a backdoor that they built in. Take a look at your e-mail, that may be how they gained access to your account. Make sure you scrub your computer for viruses, malware, spyware the works.

Do you have any evidence that you weren't playing at the time? Do you have any evidence that it was a hack? Have you tried submitting a Support ticket with any of that evidence? Did you give your account information to anyone? Have you checked your associated email (including junk/spam folder) for further information regarding the bans?

The only evidence I am able to show that I wasn't playing at the time is my military card showing I am in the army I am unable to give my ship date or where I shipped to because that is the militaries information. I am unable to show that it was hacked other than the fact that I have been unable to play for 6 months now. I just finished submitting a support ticket. I never gave my account information to anyone. I have seen why the accounts were banned because I was only able to check them today.

You should be able to demonstrate when you were in training. And let me be clear: I'm not asking you to tell me, because it's not useful information to me. But it will be important for demonstrating to Riot that you were incapable of playing during the problematic times (assuming, of course, that the bans are explicitly related to events that occurred while you were incapable of playing).

With any luck, Riot will consider your account recovery as evidence (I imagine they will). Otherwise, with no way to verify that you weren't sharing the account (which is itself a breach of Terms of Use), they'd be forced to uphold the bans.

Orders aren't classified so you can definitely give them a copy of those if they ask for supporting information. Many times you will have to provide copies of orders to receive active duty benefits from companies (like reduced interest rates from banks after a PCS move) and there's nothing wrong with providing that as long as you black out your SSN and make sure the document doesn't say classified or noforn on it (which will be obvious because there will be a huge stamp at the top and bottom of the page.)

Your orders - you have orders that you went to Boot camp, you can get them from BUPERS online. Ask you supervisor for help. they will show you were in bootcamp/any other duty.

I hope this gets sorted out for you as one recruit to another I say good luck in wherever you're stationed and hope you have a good holiday with the family. If your account were truly compromised you may wanna send a support ticket to riot it's your best bet. Stay strong brother

You can prove you couldnt play by showing your orders. You can get them on www.hrc.army.mil - I was navy, ours is called BUPERS, but I think that link is the equivalent somewhere on that site I think. But I would ask your Super for help.

I don't know how serving your country has anything to do with getting your accounts back, but posting on the forms is unlikely to be of much help to you.

If you submit a support ticket and your bans were really due to your accounts being hacked I'm sure they can help resolve your issues and get you back to playing league.
