Has anyone else received a permanent suspension without receiving any chat bans??
Recently I have. It was for using the words, “bad”, “trash”.
Can’t lie unequal treatment alone has made me more salty than any game of league.
We as people should move on. Plenty of games that want good players. Mostly because they see players as actual people...
Let me ask you this; have you any other punishment history on your account? Such as a 14-day Suspension? 'Cause it is wholly possible to skip both chat restrictions and get a 14-day ban - hell, even a permaban - on the first offense, if your behavior is bad enough.
And if you get a 14-day ban, you are told that any further misbehavior will result in a permanent suspension.
Being perfectly frank, I have reason to doubt that you only ever got punished for calling people "bad" or "trash"; there's more to this story than you're giving.
You could submit a ticket and ask what's going on.
From a community's point of view, you haven't said much for us to judge properly. But this is for sure not the whole story.

If you get a 14 day ban for zero tolerance words etc, the next ban is a permanent one
Are you sure it was a chat-based ban? When you log in, what does the client say - can you take a screenshot of it?
Could this be a ban for scripting or other third-party tools?
There is one solution. Let the trolls be and let the riot be blind. Go and play something else this is what I've been doing for months now and I have lots of fun because I actually enjoy those games
