Unrightfully Banned

I recently got banned on my account (onoble1) due to toxic behavior.

In the match that I had gotten banned, I had not done anything wrong, yet my teammate gets angry for no reason and then continues to blame me. I tell him to "stfu" because he was being whiny. He continues to talk in all chat and try to incite the enemy team against me, which he had done successfully. Also, my team's Gragas had also begun to verbally abuse me as well as the enemy Vayne. Later on in the game, I probably have said more toxic things, adding fuel to the fire (that, I can say with utmost confidence, would never had died in the end). However, comparatively, the things that all 3 players had spoken to me were much more abusive and frequent. In the end, I get off with a permanent ban solely due to the sheer volume of reports against me, rather than the content of the chat. I understand that I have a history of behavioral disciplining, but that should not warrant a punishment of the level of a permanent ban to be put in place due to a lesser infringement.

I am expecting to hear that I "could have muted the players and then reported them in the end", or that you (the tribunal/mods) believe that allowing me "to leave unpunished would have further negatively impacted the league of legends community".

I don't understand how these children blatantly were throwing racial slurs and curses at me, and ganging up on one person deserve anything short of a punishment than I. The problem doesn't lie with those who retaliate, it lies with those who continue to feed the flames of hatred for no reason. Stop punishing those who get pushed into a corner. Every animal undergoes a flight-or-flight situation, and the ability to choose the right decision should not be the deciding factor of dishing punishments; humans are animals, and we all make mistakes, whether we want to or not.

You were not punished for simply telling someone to STFU. You demanded reports against other players in your game, verbally abused and harassed your team members and made comments like "[5:59] onoble1 (Lee Sin) : gg i farm all game bc now im behind a lot". All the negative behavior you displayed in your game is enough justification for your punishment.

This is also not the first time you have seen a punishment issued to your account. I see multiple chat restrictions and a two week suspension on your account for the same behavior, before your current punishment was issued.

I think the word you were looking for in the title is "wrongfully".

It doesn't matter how your behavior was compared to the others in your game. You are compared to community standards not the people in a specific game. It is not some competition where the most toxic person wins a punishment. Volume of reports has nothing to do with this either. Reports are handled by percentage of games you get reported in, not the raw number of times you have been reported. 1 person reporting you in a game has the same impact as 9.

Retaliation is not acceptable in league. You were punished for your part in the toxic situation. That punishment was a permanent ban because of your history.

"unrightfully"

Also, I love how trolls always try to act like they can tell if the other person got banned or not. It's also irrelevant whether or not the other person/people got banned, because they were equally as bad if not worse.

And stop trying to play the victim, it's pathetic.

You don't get punished for other peoples actions. It doesn't matter what they do or say. You are responsible for your actions. Deal with it.

I Garen ty you thats all throries and not facts. I also know how the system works and how it can dedect elo boosters but thats abit off topic. Point is all it takes is one vaild report to get you're account punished. You can also play 10 games and all 10 games you get a x9 report for being toxic but if you say nothing at all in those 10 games nothing will happpen and those reports will be removed.
