So, you've shown Riot has banned you for behaving poorly. Yet your title says they're bad at banning bad behavior.

The main reason it often feels this way is that many punished players do not consider their own behavior to be punishable or problematic. Much of the community would consider the behavior exhibited in this log to be bad, for example.

Riot is getting better at banning players for intentionally feeding, and they are already very good at detecting a lot of toxic behavior.

But when my team flames me all the time nothing happens or when they starting to inting nothing happens its just actually sad seeing these players not getting banned i dont say that i didnt flamed but no this does not worth a 14 days ban in my opinion. And no they actually never ban feeding in low elo atleast and yes i actually had a friend that made a new acc and started to trolling (ranked games) and after scores like 1/18 2/23 nothing happened to him and he is still playing i just hope ''bad'' behavior will not be the only thing that is bannable...
