Can you please do something about dodgers? Its so frequent that it takes me half an hour to get into a game. Sometimes its five or six consecutive dodges during champion select. What's the point of a two minute queue time when it takes you half an hour just to get into game?
Please put a limit on how many times a person can dodge. A timer is NOT a punishment when they can just log out and do something else then come back.

That's already there. If an individual dodges too much, the wait timer increases by quite a bit. We all get those unlucky queue things sometimes. This isn't a player behavior issue.
