Why does people spam ping people for every kind of reason

Im so freaking tired of spam ping or toxic talking like "gg ff 15" at only 5 min of the game Today i meet a person in normal and my rank is g5. It is very weird that im in a plat game since one of my teammate is d5 and others are p4 and p1, which does not make any sense. There is a background information that last game, i got spam pinged "missing " for the whole game, so i am already kinda tilted when i enter this normal game. Guess what? Another person spam ping me again. The player's id is ---. U can add him XD I played kled and into the first 15 min of the game, kled is a pretty good champ to solo kill ur opponent and even kill a person in a 2 vs 1 situation. So i killed the opponent laner (jax) for 4 times. I got ganked twice and when i got ganked, i still manage to kill the jax before i die, which is pretty nice. Then, i try to tower dive jax, but he lived with about 50 health, and the interesting part happened. My inner thoughts are like "dude wtf, come on", and guess what? The guy called --- spamed Did u got solo killed ? In the chat. First, i thought it was annoying, i told him to shut up (i mean, what can i say otherwise). Then, unfortunately, the enemy gang up on me and i got killed in my tower. Guess what? This guy named --- said (why did u die again) word by word in the chat. And i got tilted. Maybe it is my fault that i didnt kill the jax or getting dived without getting out, but can't riot do something about that? I've seen so many games when people just spam in chat and talking for the whole game and stopped playing. OR some people who spam ping "missing" just because u got solo killed. I mean, that is annoying. Maybe its right that its my fault that i got solo killed, but really? You need to spam ping me just because i got solo killed, once? Even I got solo killed 2 times, im probably have a bad day already, and imagine ur toxic teammate spam ping me, oh god. Can riot please do something about it? Like, decrease the ping time to 2 times, which means that u can't ping more than 2 times in a row. That way, if ur teammate spam ping you, you will only see it two times, not 7 times, which may help. Did any of you meet the similar situation?
