permanent supsension for winning a game?

I always play nice and friendly with others , I have for almost 20 years all the way back to EQ and wow and know how to play nice with others,from years of practice., so iam sure its not from my conduct. last few days ive been doing great in league matches, then late last nite after we won game, I clicked on the button that takes u back to your home page (profile) and it takes me completely out of game, I log back in to a perma ban message, check email, which I did and no email, checked spam folder , no email there. so please riot fix your log in bug :) or at least email me when u said u did , when u didn't. :)

Send a ticket to support for info about what happened.

It usually takes awhile to get an email of your ban/punishment. Also like Ziel had said contacting support would help as well. But the last thing i want to say is that Winning a game doesnt negate you from punishment. You can be the most toxic person and win games, you can hack and win games. it all ends the same when you break the rules!

Check your e-mail, where they'll tell you what you did, and prove to you, that you, are, in fact, a horrible person. You don't get permabanned for winning. You probably can get permabanned for being a liar.

your being very toxic Ragnar42 as I mentioned I already checked my emails and spam folder, I deal with rude folks like u everyday in retail , and one shouldn't be so quick to judge and call a liar when we just met, friend :) I stated we as a team won the game then after match it wouldn't let me log back , if u cant swallow the truth Ragnar42 then I pray u find a less toxic path youre taking , friend.
