You may want to remove the name or a mod will as its against the no naming and shaming in the universal rules If you feel that the after game report did nothing submit a ticket to player support

Might want to remove that name, just send in a ticket, judging by his op.gg you're not wrong, his flash and champ pool just randomly changed.
