14 day suspension for what? Please see this riot, please

So i was playing talon and i used all my mana and i had 17% left. Their teemo jg was fighting in our jg with our kha zix jg, and he pinged me to help, but i showed him my mana, and i didnt have enough mana for my combo, so i just satyed in lane. (I was lvl 4, so i dont have a lot of mana at early games) then kha zix starts pinging me question mard callign me a motherfucker. So all i did was ask people to report him in all chat. And since then whatever i did, he was being toxic to me, and the only bannable thing i said was "kys %%%got" while he said tons of them. then we stopped fighting as the game got longer and we got more serious about it and i started to encourage my teammates because i wanted to win. Then we lost the last fight, and we lost badly, so i just said "gg wp, their bot was too strong ;-; kogmaw + lulu" then all of a sudden xayah flames me with all the bad words before they destroyed our nexus. And then i got 14 day suspension. it was my first time getting banned too. and then i realized that it was a premade of 4 or at least 3. I sincerely hope riot will see this and watch the game replays to see who was the toxic one, because or else, im just going to assume that they dont do anything for their players because they are too busy slacking off, and not do anything against players that abuse the premade system and be toxic.
