This guy got sup and went jhin mid, I was trying to be rational and logical, he was obviously tilted, and he wont get punished, the only guy that gets punished is me since i dodged, and dodging is bad for your honor or it should be. here's the chat log. Sand0k4nGr3y is my account, the jhin was Blauz. This is one of the reasons why I would leave if I ever decided to quit league.

That being said, how did he "go mid" if you dodged? If you dodged the game, and he didn't actually get in the game and go mid, he didn't go mid - he may have said "dodge or I'll go mid", but he did not actually troll until the game started and he refused to go his role.
That being said, saying things such as "dodge or I'll go mid" are certainly punishable as negative attitude/abusive chat, and you can report that in a support ticket.
That's pretty unlucky and it's most likely that he's smurfing so he feels entitled to act like a douche since it has no repercussions on his main account. 2 Things : Riot should make it so pre and post game lobbies are monitored because it's still technically in the game and toxic behavior too. Or maybe implement a report system that works out of games in some cases.
Try to post images instead of text as this copy paste texts can easily be manipulated while images require more effort and it's harder to properly photoshop/manipulate the images.
