Hey Ralent, that sort of behavior is definitely not ok and Riot punishes racial slurs and other hate speech severely, but the boards are not the appropriate place for reporting it so I've removed the image per the Universal Rules. It's alright to discuss this, as long as the names are left out/censored.
If they were being racist/abusive in-game, your reports in the post-game lobby are enough, and if it's in the lobby please annotate that in the description box. If you feel you must report something outside of that, submit screenshots in a Support Ticket under the request type I have a question and the category Game & Features::General Questions.

its ok they will..honestly I'm surprised i hear any ban stories. we reported a hiem yesterday after he went full on troll..start inting...then of course..there was the all germans are nazi's thing...then of course him fucking all of our mothers....calling us %%%s...you know...the usual stuff...especially that racist thing....you know...ALL GERMANS ARE NAZI'S....and riots report system did nothing to stop him.....it did nothing to him...hes out there right now....saying all germans are nazi's....nami would you like to shed some light on how your report system works?
