I submitted a ticket, about the incident. It only had the option for one name, I felt as if two of the players needed to be evaluated. Should I report the other person also, or will the one ticket be able to look into both of them? The description included both of the player's names. Also, will I be informed if that report resulted in action being taken or no?

You won't hear about it, and quite likely they'll scold you for not using the post game screen. I've done this same thing several times... and each time I got the 'wag finger you should use the post game screen.' despite me saying the pgs didn't load at all.

If your report is the most recent before action was taken, you are notified about it

If they only had the option for one name, you probably need to make one report for each player. This actually makes sense, since each player is evaluated on their own behavior.

As far as being informed, the most they will tell you is that they will look into it and remind you the best reporting option is to use the end-game feature. And that is due to privacy policies
