My friend FloydZedWeather just got perma-banned for flaming from time to time which everyone does he is genually a nice guy he just get's abit salty when people complain when he carry but they suck. Me, him and our mutual friends has put money to his account and we all think it wasn't fair to him to get banned.... #freeFloydZedWeather!!!!!!
They don't revert permanent bans unless they were a mistake to begin with. By your own admission, this guy was no stranger to taking part in unsportsmanlike conduct. So no, this won't be reverted. And the ban shouldn't be a surprise.

It ain't getting reversed. Anyone needs to have a history of toxic behavior to even get a punishment of any kind. I'm a nice guy... But best part is this: I have NEVER engaged in any sort of toxic chat or gameplay behavior.
Yeah i mean like seriously riot? i've been carrying so many games, my recent game i carried 2 trollers for a spectacular 3v5 win. i've put alot of money into this account and a lot of time, atleast return my acc with some restrictions such as perm chat bann? No RP purchasing? etc etc etc. If my acc doesn't get returned you just lost a great league player that puts money in to your game. This really pissed me off riot.
