Ok. I haven't loged in for 8 days onto my computer. I just bought a 50$ RP card so I tried to log into my account after the new patch update. Unfortunately my account wasn't able to log in. The screen says "Permantly Banned. This account has been permantly banned due to actions on this site. Visit your League of Legends email for more details." I don't remember my email that I used for league of legends. Can I remove this ban ( I mean I understand it's permantly but it's weird that the day I got the card when I log in into my account I can not log in) I haven't been toxic or anything. My last game I played was 8 days ago and my score wasn't that good. My score was 0/14/10 although it wasn't good I was playing with friends I know irl and one of them was being toxic about my score and he told the whole team to report me and I was playing Rakan a champ I didn't know how to play but I wanted to try because it was on free rotation. Can you guys please help me remove this ban. Honestly do you guys who also got bans want riot to remove these bans even you know it was your fault. I feel like this ban wasn't my fault but the fault of my friend so please help not only me but the other banned players on this game to get removed bans. Thank you Sincerely, PikachuLover207

Does it say anything about the ban reason when you log in? Does it give you chat logs when you attempt to login?

Depends on how warrented the ban is.. you could be hiding the fact that you where toxic and thats the only reason to get perma banned in the game out of all the reasons why ive seen people bann/parma banned is they said some pretty harsh stuff.. and even hate speech so untill you can post an imgur of if you have Ban text im sure you wont get unbanned you can contact a riot support they will surely tell you whats going on... if you where toxic in any case the ban is deserved

Since you had just bought RP I'm pretty sure that it is a security ban (probably something went wrong with the transaction). Write a ticket to the support and ask them what is the reason for your ban, if it was a security ban you will probably be asked some questions but after that your account should be recovered.

https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new You can make a ticket here, the support normally needs 1-3 days to answer, don't put any answers on the ticket before they answer you or the ticket will be at the end of the queue again.

Contact Riot support for chatlogs and post them. Logs or didn't happen.
