Blocking Players

The "Blocking Players" option is misleading. You should rename it to "Permanent Mute" because you're not actually able to block a player and never have to worry about being thrown into a que with them again, you're simply blocking their toxic comments during game play. You need to set up your configuration to ACTUALLY BLOCK a player. If I'm blocking someone its because I never want to have to deal with that person again, not just turn off their ability to talk to me or invite me to games, then have to deal with their AFK's, Rage Quiting, Feeding Intentionally, or whatever else they might have done for me to block them to begin with. I still have to deal with toxic players even after blocking them. That's not what BLOCK means Riot.
