SmokedAlmonds1 votesA chargeback is when you buy something and then call up your bank to cancel the transaction. Here it would also include any issue with the payment. That money is considered owed and your account will be locked until the balance is paid.
So if I bought $40 dollars of RP and then cancled the payment my account would be suspended indefinately. When I pay that 40 dollars it would be unlocked.
