Pre-game Troll report

Hello,

I think this is a subject that many people might relate with.

I was recently in a ranked game when, upon telling them that I was in my promos, a person decided to troll and go Yorick with ignite and smite when he was assigned the Support role. In addition, he continued to flame everyone on the team chat and tell us how "retarded" we are and kept on insulting us for absolutely no reason at all. I understand that it might not have been a great day for him, but isn't this going a bit too far?

So I was wondering. If we could create a pre-game troll report and ban system that could take effect before the game began, we could prevent such happenings. It should work similarly to how the post-game report system works but should take into effect that there are only four people who are able to report at the time. In addition, the system should negate the votes of people who are in dynamic queue along with the player. This would prevent any trolling from occurring in between friends. I know this system might have flaws in it as well, but I think at least something should be done with the trolls in this game who do not provide neither a pleasant nor fun experience for the other members of the society.

Thank you and please leave your opinions on this issue as well.

Instead of reporting someone for that, I say we have an option to kick the player out of the lobby and start the search for only one more player. Just like in other games, you can have the option of vote-kicking somebody out, then another person will replace them. I think that's a pretty good system. Obviously the votes will have to be 4 to 1. And, in the case of a premade, party members will get 1 vote combined, to keep things even. There are a lot of flaws, but I am sure they could be sorted out. That's my 2 cents regarding this issue.

While your suggestion makes sense in a lot of cases, I doubt it'll be considered simply because of its abuse potential.

Once there's this one guy going urgot adc, his team had 0 faith in him&called him troll, then he went 25-0-7. Then there's this Viktor that everyone ignores and thinks it's bad, until faker senpai stomps with him.

Generally ppl have no faith in non-meta stuffs, so if this function is implemented ppl will keep reporting others for playing champions that they think is bad or "don't exist" even though it'd turn out to be quite the opposite.
