Random Permanent Ban after I got my account back

Yesterday my account was being used by some random person even though I’ve never given out any information. After I reported it to support and changed my password. I was then able to lock the other person out of my account and played 1 game. Then to my surprise I received a notice that I was permanently banned for use of third party software. I also sent another ticket for this but still didn’t get a response.

Just gotta wait for the response. This shit has been going on a lot recently, and afaik they have been good at restoring the account when they determine the person using third party software was not you and wasnt given access.

Id recommend changing the password of anything else associated with your league of legends account or that has the same password, and once riot implements 2fa to use 2fa.
