Fix the remake system

Since the introduction of the remake system I have seen a sizable increase in people who afk in games from the start. In theory the remake system would help players who are experiencing afk's in their games, however this system helps more people than it hurts. I know this is obvious but in a remake game there are 4 people who are helped by the remake and 5 people who are not helped. This system is great for people who don't have to play a 4v5 game however for the people on the other side they just wasted 15 minutes between queue time, champ select, loading screen, and the first 3 minutes of the game. Additionally you then have to re-queue, go through another champ select and load screen before you get in game, effectively wasting between 20-30 minutes depending on your role and rank (if you are indeed playing ranked games). I would like to see riot address the issues of the remake system or just do away with it all together. I know playing a 4v5 is not very fun but neither is getting into game and having the other team remake leaving you to feel like you just wasted a bunch of time, people on the opposite side of the remake should be given some sort of [not really sure what to call it, compensation maybe?] The best way to do this, in ranked games at least, is in the form of LP gains. I also think that there should be an automatic system for punishing people after causing a remake after just their second such offense, if there isn't one already.

Sorry if this post feels "ranty" but I just had 3 remake games in a row so i've spent about 50 effectively in queue.
