14-day ban for 1 match of being toxic?

Im not gonna defend myself since I was actually being toxic that match.. BUT, 14-day ban.. really? I have a friend who's toxic almost every match and never even gets a chat restriction.

And I was toxic for ONE game, whereas I wrote 13 toxic messages in total according to log.. And I also hear next ban is permanent? Like wtf. Ive never been toxic on this account before, ever. That was the first game I was ever toxic in and this was also the first ban/restriction I received so far

So WHY? This is incredibly stupid, I see streamers and other players being way more toxic almost every single game and I do 13 messages of toxicity one game and get a 14 day ban whereas most would get what a 5game restriction or some shit? xD

Sorry, but it just doesn't make any sense to me and feels unfair af. I wanna play..

Certain behaviors and language usages are zero tolerance, and result in an excalated punishment. Do you have your chat logs?

What are you given is one SAMPLE of your account toxic history. We are ALL mildly toxic at some point or another. Every single one of us. However, the majority of the player base are not toxic CONSISTENTLY enough to push any of our accounts above a certain amount of toxic meter over our total games played. Just because you are shown one SAMPLE game does not mean you don't have many, many, many other mildly toxic games that pushes you over that line into punishment. There are certain behaviors (trolling, intentional feeding, etc.) or language (kys, retard, autism, etc.) that will push you not only above the punishment line, but also above the escalation line.

Don't get hung up on the SAMPLES are you given. They are not the ONLY games contributed to your punishment. It even said so in your notification when you log in. They are just SAMPLES of many other toxic behaviors you exhibited.
