Things like that stick for 6 months after whatever the previous activity in question took place. I would assume (though I have seen nothing definitive) that that would be when he can get loot.

Basically, there is currently no way of knowing how long it will take to be considered reformed. The time it takes isn't a fixed amount of time, it will be different from player to player.

"Actually, it is based on you on an individual level. Though the punishment itself has been cleared, the loot system goes off of our toxicity reading of the account itself. This is what I was told, so basically you don't know how long your punishment is. Kinda like the punishments you get in communist countries you go to jail and have no idea when you are coming out.
