Hey Riot ! Please give me a reply ! My friend today tried to connect to his account and have the message ''This account was Permanently suspended.'' he did't receive any mail by riot and this is weird because he did nothing wrong and he just have positive langage with his teammates. Please give me the informations and we can discuss about that because this is strange.

Same thing happened to me. I put in a support ticket, it has been ignored.
They sent me this

I called this pre-made email and irresponsible, I am fully aware of what I do in game and I did not cheat/scripted. Therefore, DO NOT ACCUSE me for something I never committed because it is an insult. I am only a Silver player, but I work hard for year to have my account build up as it is now. So Riot, I think i deserve a proper answer. 
Your friend should have received information containing details of their ban in their email. Please have them check this for any pertinent information.
